Our group Puppy Class will get you and your puppy started on the right track with everything you need to know in order to successfully raise and train your puppy.
You will learn the proper steps for crate training, potty training, preventing and managing problem behaviors such as jumping or biting, as well as grooming and handling techniques. We will work on simple obedience commands now that will be easy to build on as your puppy gets older. Your puppy will get the chance to meet, socialize, and play with other puppies in a controlled environment. Additionally, we will expose your puppy to new people, sights, sounds, and surfaces so your puppy will grow up to be a well-rounded and confident adult dog.
This is a 6-week group class (6 puppies max) for puppies 10-20 weeks of age.
Puppies must have their second round of shots and a Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine by the start of the first class. *Please email or bring a paper copy of vaccine records with you to the first class*
You will need a 5 or 6' leash and a properly fitted collar of your choice. No retractable leashes or harnesses will be allowed in class.
You should also bring puppy-sized training treats (small and easily chewed) or a portion of your puppy's kibble.
The cost of the 6-week class is $299. A $100 deposit is required to enroll.

Private lessons are a great option for owners who are looking to work one-on-one with a trainer in order to teach their puppy basic obedience commands, household manners, and prevent behavioral issues. Trainers will also assist owners with potty training, crate training, and dealing with common puppy issues. The number of lessons required will be determined at the evaluation and will be based on the dog's issues as well as the owner's goals. During each lesson, the trainer will teach you the fundamentals and then provide you with homework to continue working on with your dog daily at home. Private lessons will be paid per lesson & will be scheduled approximately once every 2-3 weeks in the owner's home.
All new clients will go through an initial evaluation to determine the recommended training program for you and your dog. Evaluations will last up to an hour. During this time, we will discuss current behavioral issues, training goals, gauge the dogs temperament and trainability level, and then provide a recommended training plan.
